Build a 60-second listing loop

Pair your production notes with quick imagery so new listings don’t stall the rest of your shop.

1) Prep the file once

Start with clean SVGs that already have a consistent viewBox, trimmed paths, and clear layer names. A reliable cleaner removes the “open, tweak, re-export” cycle and makes every mockup predictable.

2) Capture two fast photos

You don’t need a full shoot for every design. Grab one straight-on product shot and one detail shot under the same light. Keep a neutral board or light box next to your laser so you can photograph finished pieces before the next job starts.

3) Collect the details while it cures

While paint or finish dries, jot the material, dimensions, and any engraving settings you want to remember. Paste them straight into your listing draft so you never guess later.

4) Batch upload and schedule

Upload the two images and paste your template description. If you have five designs ready, schedule them across the week. The goal is a smooth cadence, not a heroic upload marathon.

5) Keep the loop visible

Print the steps and hang them near your workstation. When you’re tired, a checklist beats memory, and you’ll still ship listings in under a minute apiece.
