- Cleaned or converted files remain on your device unless you explicitly export or download them.
- No artwork, SVG files, or generated assets are uploaded to our servers.
- Limited, user-initiated license or usage checks may occur to enforce feature limits. These checks are not used for analytics or behavioral tracking.
Information we collect
- Email address used for account authentication, license validation, and optional support communications.
- Email addresses if you voluntarily subscribe to updates or newsletters.
- Payment and billing details are handled on our website via Stripe when purchasing a subscription. The Chrome extension itself does not collect or process payment information.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
- We do not track users across unrelated websites.
- We do not collect browsing history or usage analytics from the Chrome extension.
Payments
All payments are processed securely on our website by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers and rely on Stripe’s infrastructure for billing, subscriptions, and receipts. No payment information is handled by the Chrome extension.
Data retention & support
License verification records and support communications may be retained only as long as necessary to provide service, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion of your email address or support history at any time.
Email-related analytics (such as opens or link clicks) apply only to website communications and emails, not to the Chrome extension.
